The Entrant List shows all competitors. If your name is not included, you are not entered.

To help with travel planning, the first start on Saturday morning is 10am; course closure on Monday is 2:30pm. For those flying to Auckland on Saturday morning, please note that for Saturday's event it's at least a 90 minute drive from the airport plus time on a forest road and then a good 10min walk to the start so allowing a minimum of 2 1/2 hours is advised.

Explanation for Secondary School competitors

  • All races at JAFA will be trials for the selection of a NZ Secondary Schools representative team to compete in Adelaide, South Australia from 29 September to 7 October, 2018.
  • Senior Boys/Girls A or B is for those born in 2000, 2001 or 2002
  • Junior Boys/Girls A or B is for those born in 2003 or later and who are in year 9 or above.
  • All students seeking selection for the NZSS team must enter the appropriate A grade event.
  • Regional schools teams may include year 8 students but they are not eligible for NZSS selection

Refund & Change Policy

  • Entry Fees are inclusive of GST (New Zealand Goods & Services Tax)
  • The Entry Fee does not include any form of insurance, including any medical or travel insurance.

Refund Policy

  • Entries cancelled partially or in full up until entries close will receive a refund less a $NZ10 administration fee.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations after entries close.
  • Application to the organisers to accept cancellations and consider full refunds due to hardship or for some other reason should be made by emailing the organisers*
  • If the event is cancelled due to extreme weather or other factors outside of the event organisers control, the organisers will endeavour to refund as much of the entry fee as possible, taking into account sunk costs.
  • Cancellations and refund requests must be made by emailing the organisers*
  • Refunds will be paid into the bank account used by the entrant.

Change Policy

  • Requests to change SI Numbers are no charge;
  • Prior to race day should be made by emailing the organisers*
  • At the event, in person to the RegistrationTent (bring your new SI Card and race bib)
  • Changes to entrant details (email address, etc) and classes can be made at any time up until entries close by emailing the organisers*
  • After entries close each request to change entrant details (email address, etc) classes entered or start times will attract a non-refundable $NZ10 administration fee
  • Replacement race bibs will incur a fee of NZ$10
